Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Deposit

PEI Vacation Packs requires a 25% deposit on the total package to confirm a reservation.

Balance Due

The balance of the package will be due 7 days prior to arrival. Unless otherwise notified the original credit card on the package will be automatically charged for the remaining 75%. Group leaders will be responsible for any remaining balance owing on the package after arrival.

Payment Options

Acceptable payment options include: Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of $10 per adult will be charged by PEI Vacation Packs for all customer cancellations made after receipt of deposit. A fee of $25 per adult will be charged by PEI Vacation Packs for all customer cancellations made after receipt of final payment. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds: For cancellations prior to departure, PEI Vacation Packs will remit a refund within 30 days less the following:

  • Any supplier charges for changes or cancellation.
  • Administrative charge by PEI Vacation Packs for processing the change or cancellation.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

If COVID-19 prevents you from travelling at any point, PEI Vacation Packs would be able to issue a full refund. However, PEI Vacation Packs is asking guests, when possible, to be mindful when cancelling due to COVID-19 and provide at least 72 hours notice if you are canceling due to travel restrictions. If you're cancelling for any other reason within the 7-day time frame, you would receive 75% of your payment back.

Damage to Property

You are responsible for any damage to the accommodation during your stay. Under no circumstance will PEI Vacation Packs be liable for any damages to the accommodation.

2022 Travel Information

Here at PEI Vacation Packs, we are now taking bookings for the 2022 season.

Inquiries for vacations to Prince Edward Island for the 2022 season are pacing significantly ahead of previous years as families and golfers are hopeful for the resumption of travel to PEI in 2022. With that in mind, PEI Vacation Packs has flexible cancellation policies to encourage our customers to book for 2022 now. We strongly encourage you to book now to avoid delays, availability issues, etc.

We have put together some frequently asked questions going into the 2022 Season.

  1. What is your cancellation policy for Stay and Play Vacations for 2022 booked with PEI Vacation Packs?
    Full refunds will be provided for Stay and Play vacations provided that 7 days notice is provided. All supplier charges for changes or cancellation will be waived if you are unable to travel to PEI due to border/travel restrictions.
  2. Should we book our vacation to PEI for 2022 now?
    We strongly recommend that our groups book as early as possible to avoid delays when travel restrictions are lifted/changed. To ensure that you get the vacation of your dreams, we always recommend booking as early as possible.     Booking with PEI Vacation Packs is easy! You can go on our website, where you can create a quote, build your own package, and view our specials. By doing so, you can pick your accommodations and courses to build your perfect vacation. You will receive a quote by email with a total price, and a price per person in your group. You can contact us at 1-844-662-0660 and our travel specialists will be happy to help you. If you like what you see, you can click on the link in the emailed quote that is titled “Book Now”. This will take you to a secure web page where you can process your 25% deposit, which will secure your price. We will then be in contact with you to confirm your package details.
  5. When do I pay for my PEI Vacation Package?
    When you are ready to confirm your trip, we ask for a 25% deposit at time of booking. The final balance payment is due 7 days prior to your trip’s start date and will automatically be charged to card(s) on file. If travel restrictions are still in place, 100% of your trip will be refunded.
  6. What if I need to cancel my trip?
    Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your trip’s start date you will receive a 100% refund within 30 days, refunded on the credit card used to process the payment.
