We’re happy to announce that we are now open for the winter season! We have a select number of villas available to rent throughout the off-season. From Thanksgiving Monday until mid-May, our villas are self check-in.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
- 14 days notice for reservations two to four nights.
- 30 days notice with reservations five nights or greater.
A $20 processing fee will apply to all cancellations.
Should you cancel with less than the required time period in the cancellation policy your deposit of 25% is non-refundable.
Are housekeeping services provided?
We offer full self-sufficient accommodations therefore daily housekeeping is not provided. However, towel services are provided in our Golf & King Villas on the third day for stays of 5 nights as well as on the third and fifth day for stays of 7 nights.
Deluxe King Villas, Home Away Villas, select Golf Villas, Executive Suites and Executive Homes offer washers and dryers to allow you to keep not only your clothes, but also your linens and towels as clean as you wish.
For villas without washer and dryer, coin laundry is conveniently located next to the Front Desk. Coin laundry accepts one dollar coins.
If you require more towels or more frequent changes, additional charges apply.
Are you dog friendly?
We understand that a family vacation often includes your furry family members as well!
A select number of our units are dog friendly for an additional fee of $20/night plus applicable tax. We kindly ask that all dogs are placed into kennels when left alone. Dogs are not permitted on furniture. We ask that owners pick up after dogs outside.
Guests with pets residing in non pet friendly units will be subject to a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Can I set up a tent outside my Villa?
Tents, camping trailers and RVs are not permitted on our property.
What is the noise and damage policy?
We ask our guests to be respectful of their neighbour. Excessive noise is not tolerated and if we receive complaints from other guests, a warning will be given. If excessive noise continues and a second warning is given, a disturbance fee may be applied to your credit card. The same policy is in place if the unit has incurred any damage during your stay with us.
Do you provide pack and plays, cots or rollaway beds?
Your comfort is our utmost priority, and therefore we offer pack and plays and cots based on availability. Please request these items at time of booking to ensure availability upon arrival. Please note there is a $20/night charge for cots and a one time fee of $20 for pack and plays.
What do you recommend visiting, seeing and doing while in the area?
There are plenty of things to do and explore during your visit to Prince Edward Island. We welcome you to visit Cavendish Beach to learn more!
What hours are your pool and fitness facilities open?
Our outdoor pool and fitness centre are open daily from June 15-September 15* from 8:30am-8:00pm.
